Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit holds your selected date and time and ensures availability for our limited booking slots.
If you cancel your appointment or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
Deposits cannot be transferred to a different date or appointment type in the event of a cancellation or no-show. A new deposit will be required to book again.
